Shipping Costs and Delivery Area
We offer free shipping within the United States. No additional shipping costs are charged at checkout.
Order Processing
After placing an order, the customer receives a confirmation at the provided email address. The standard order processing time is 1 to 3 days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after 02:00 PM EDT are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
The estimated transit time is typically 4 to 6 days (Monday – Friday). The total estimated delivery time is 5 to 9 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Order Tracking
Each order receives a tracking number after shipment. Once the order is dispatched, the customer receives an email containing order tracking information and instructions to monitor the delivery.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is only possible before processing begins. To request a cancellation, please contact customer support at support@zorxena.com. Once order processing has started, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, returns should be handled in accordance with the Refund and Return Policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact us immediately at support@zorxena.com. In your message, include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and attach photos. The store will offer a free replacement or a full refund, in accordance with consumer rights.
Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to high demand periods, holidays, weather conditions, or logistical issues on the carrier’s side. In such cases, delivery time may be extended by approximately 3 additional business days. In case of further delays, it is recommended to contact customer support at support@zorxena.com.
